Blizzard the Alpha Kandikatt

I've been meaning to make an alpha Kandikatt for a while, so here he is! The first of the many, at least.

An alpha Kandikatt has a group of other katts that he or she protects, commands and loves as his or her own family. An alpha is like a king to his/her followers or group, meaning they have all authority over what the group does.

Blizzard has ice-related powers, meaning he can freeze and unfreeze things at will, although unfreezing is harder for him.
